Hey all, I just wanted to share some information about myself for those that are interested.
I was born in 1979 (a product of the 70's) and raised in Southeast Michigan. Lived in Dearborn (where Ford Motor Company World Headquarters is located) my family relocated to Woodhaven, MI when I was about 13.
Most people don't know that I was home schooled, but I was. When I tell people that they always jump to asking me if I felt that I missed out in high school and was I somehow emotionally scarred by not being properly socialized.
The answer is that I had plenty of social interaction as I was part of a very large church and I had a large network of friends. As to learning, looking back I'm glad that I was not part of the public school system. It seems that they cater to the lowest-common-denominator and prevent those who learn faster from excelling at their own pace. I tend to be a fast learner so school wasn't a struggle for me so all-in-all I'm grateful for the path I was chosen to walk.
After graduating from high school in 1997 started training at ITT Technical Institute searching for a degree in Computer Aided Design (CAD). It was an Associates Degree program, and before I wrapped up that two year stint I had taken extra courses in Unigraphics and was working full time on the night shift at the General Motors Technical center in Warren, MI.
Strangely enough, I found that I didn't like the automotive design field, and two months after I graduated in March of 2000, I actually signed up for the United States Marine Corps.

Interestingly enough, because of my high test-scores and clean background, I was selected to participate in the Presidential Support Program. Sounds fancy, but what it means is you get extra training and then are shipped off to guard either Camp David, the White House Communications Agency, or to open the doors at the White House.

From there I was sent to Washington D.C. to wait for my Yankee White Clearance to be processed before being assigned to Camp David or another post.
Unfortunately, I arrived at Marine Barracks 8th & I (the oldest post in the Corps) as the Department of Defense was overhauling their methods of processing security clearances as they attempted to integrate all of the service branches into one central system. This was causing significant delays in processing and my entire unit was in a holding pattern. Some for years.
Things changed in my life when I decided that one of my best friends when I was in high school was more than just a good friend. She was the love of my life and I was more than ready to marry her. I asked the question, she said yes, and in that instant I disqualified myself for the Presidential Support Program. (can't be married there on a first tour)
My unit commanders liked me and my computer skills so they asked me to stay and manage the security systems as well as help provide the initial training that new arrivals receive before moving on to Camp David of WHCA.
So as luck would have it, I actually did my entire 4-year tour in the States.
It was my Marine Corps experience that turned me on to Airsoft. Esp as my 4 years came to an end. I didn't get to experience a lot of what I had signed up for while I was in D.C. so it's kind of an outlet for me.
My two oldest kids were born while still in the D.C. area. It was a nice enough place, but in 2005 both myself and my wife were ready to move back to Michigan.
After relocating back, I got involved in the real estate industry. My web skills worked out well as I promoted my business (and that of some of my partners) by setting up websites and such.
I learned a lot about sales and marketing in that time. I also learned that a career such as Real Estate is plagued with a feast-or-famine income pattern. After the bottom fell out of the market, this was even worse because it seemed like it was more like famine-or-famine for most people in the industry and I began to look for something that I could do online to supplement my income.
This Xbox 360 Wireless Adapter Alternative site worked out alright on a small scale and then the idea struck me that I enjoyed airsoft and there were plenty of others taht do as well so maybe setting up a website to offer airsoft products would make sense.

Airsoft Sniper Rifle Shop
So I searched for distribution channels, forged alliances with some good suppliers, set up the site you are looking at now, and the Airsoft Sniper Rifle Shop was born.
Today my wife and I process all the orders ourselves. We're taking the phone calls, respond to emails, and return after-hours messages personally. It is our sole aim to always provide you snipers with the best airsoft rifles at the best prices with the best possible service on the planet.
So now you know a whole lot more about me, my family, and our online
